Trial period

No charge is made during the 14-day free trial and you can stop at any time.

Cancelling a subscription

• You can cancel with one click from your membership panel.
• Service continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No charge is made for the following period.

Refunds

Customers on an annual subscription are entitled to an unconditional refund if they request it within the first 14 days. After that period, a prorated refund for the unused term may be considered.

How to apply

Send refund requests to our support email address together with your invoice details. Requests are resolved within 14 business days.
