Licence

EditexSoft is not sold; the right to use it is licensed for the duration of your subscription.

• The licence is limited to the device and user count of the purchased plan.
• Accessing the source code or reverse engineering the software is prohibited.
• Transferring the licence to a third party requires our written approval.

User obligations

• Comply with the terms of your marketplace and provider accounts
• Keep your API keys secure
• Do not use the software for unlawful purposes

Limitation of liability

We accept no direct liability for disruptions caused by outages or API changes at third-party services such as marketplaces, invoice providers or carriers. The software is provided with the care reasonably expected in the industry.
