Connecting a marketplace
Getting API keys and setting up a channel connection.

Connection wizard
Go to Channels > Add new channel in the left menu and pick the marketplace you want to connect.
- 1Open the Integration / API section of the marketplace seller panel.
- 2Create a new API key and secret.
- 3Note your seller ID or store number.
- 4Paste them into the matching fields in EditexSoft and press Test connection.
- 5If the test succeeds, press Save to activate the channel.
Per-channel settings
You can define separate operating rules for each channel.
- Stock push: real stock, fixed quantity or a percentage
- Price push: list price, discounted price or a pricing rule
- Order fetch start date
- Automatic approval and carrier mapping
Start in read-only mode
For the first connection, enable Read only mode to verify the incoming data, then turn on write operations.
Common connection errors
| Error | Cause | Fix |

| 401 Unauthorized | API key wrong or expired | Generate a new key in the seller panel |
| 403 Forbidden | Permission not granted | Enable integration access in the seller panel |
| 429 Too Many Requests | API rate limit exceeded | Increase the sync interval |
| Timeout | Network or firewall block | Check port 443 and proxy settings |
